House made grilled cured salmon – served with yuzu cucumber, salad, red onion, strawberries, blueberries, poached egg and toasted mulitgrain bread
Apart from the overly sweet salad, I really enjoyed this dish. The salmon was well cooked and the egg perfectly poached.
